I start with this sentence: Forget the \"porsiacasos\".<\/div><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  vc_custom_1677412635171\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>On the Camino de Santiago, if anything is key is your attitude, your good vibes, your willingness to meet people, to share, to talk, to chat, to laugh, to cry, to live the experience in an authentic and natural way.<\/strong> and to lose yourself in the beauty of your own path.<\/p>\n<p>On the subject of equipment, one mistake we make a thousand times is to pack too much luggage. Tell me if it hasn't happened to you that in the end, we don't even use half of what we carry in our suitcases. That's why I'm starting with this, the \"porsiacasos\". My first big piece of advice is:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bring the essentials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"standard-arrow list-divider bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li>A rucksack, between 35 and 60 litres (always try not to keep the contents of the rucksack too compact).<\/li>\n<li>A good rain jacket or poncho to cover both you and your backpack.<\/li>\n<li>A windbreaker, 3 changes of each essential garment (trousers, T-shirt, underwear...).<\/li>\n<li>Pay a lot of attention to your socks and footwear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"vc_empty_space\"   style=\"height: and thread.<\/p>\n<p>The Camino de Santiago, and especially in the areas where we did the French, Portuguese and Primitive Ways, which is the last week, there are a lot of bars and restaurants to eat at affordable prices (many of them with menus), supermarkets to buy anything you need, pharmacies and medical assistance.<\/p>\n<p>And in our case, in Viajeros Canallas, apart from the fact that we
